The students who are born leaders stepped up, however, by having students responsible for a “job”, each had practice leading their company. On various days, different students led the class. They had to determine what string to buy, what type bracelets to make, how much string to buy, how long of string for each type bracelet, etc. etc. Each decision for each part took problem-solving and I allowed the students to be on there own with minimal assistance from me.
