I think that BizWorld was fun because you got to learn about business and sales. I have learned that it is easier to work with a team to get things done and it is faster.
I loved when we made the product like the slime!!!! It was so awesome and so much fun!!!! It was the best part of third grade and it was also a little break from all the work!!!!!!!!!!
In BizWorld I loved everything about it, but my favorite things are working together to make the products and selling the products. I also liked making commercials!

My favorite part about BizWorld from last year was how it brought out the creative aspect in us as a whole, and helped improve our teamwork and communication skills.
Teaching BizWorld for 9 years has proven to be very rewarding. Watching children who do not have many friends, who are very quiet, or who are looked at as “different” thrive in BizWorld brings a smile to my face every time. BizWord is a time for all children to find his/her niche in school and in life.
Each student had an indispensable role in the program which gave them the responsibility to make their team work well instead of just one leader. My students were really taken aback when they had to work with classmates they weren’t “besties” with. They learned cooperation skills and how to solve problems when they didn’t see eye-to-eye. Seeing the students’ enthusiasm at Box Office Day was a highlight, but the entire program was a joy to watch unfold in our classroom.
It provides many opportunities for students to solve problems. From creating a business plan, to designing the best product, to critically thinking how to set the price to make the most profit possible.
[What did you learn from the BizWorld program?] If you are a strong, but helpful leader, your team will be successful. Be nice and kind to others and listen to your group.
BizWorld is so fun! I love working with my teammates to accomplish a task or project!
