🚨From Side Project to $500K Seed funding to Kortext Acquisition
StudyStash founders Ben Ward and Jonathan Graham built an AI-powered platform that turns dense classroom course material into adaptive, student-friendly lessons. Through YES!, they gained mentorship, investor access and real-world pitch training. “YES! gave us structure beyond product building,” says Jonathan Graham, StudyStash’s CTO. “It pushed us to think bigger than the UK and sharpen our pitch for global opportunities.” Since Demo Day, StudyStash has raised more than $500,000 in seed funding and grown to 160+ institutions on three continents. In October 2026, edtech company Kortext acquired StudyStash, and the founders are relocating to Silicon Valley.
