BIZWORLD INNOVATION SPRINT

Real Challenges.
Bold Ideas.
Stronger Futures.

The BizWorld Innovation Sprint is a fast-paced, hackathon-style entrepreneurial innovation experience where teams of young people develop innovative business solutions to real-world community challenges by applying human-centered design, entrepreneurial thinking, and collaboration.
Participants don’t just learn about innovation. They experience it.
Working alongside peers, educators, entrepreneurs, and community mentors, they transform ideas into viable business concepts and discover how entrepreneurship can create meaningful community impact.

WHAT IS INNOVATION SPRINT?

From real problems to real pitches

Innovation Sprint challenges teams of 2-4 young innovators (ages 15-22) to identify meaningful community challenges and rapidly develop innovative business solutions.

Working in a fast-paced, immersive environment, participants move from problem identification to solution development before delivering a final business pitch to a panel of judges.
Every Innovation Sprint is built around four core elements

Real-world
community challenges

Innovative business solutions

Human-centered
design thinking

Entrepreneurial collaboration

Innovation Sprints are intentionally flexible. Depending on the focus of the
event, teams may tackle a shared challenge-such as mental health, food security, sustainability, clean energy, financial wellness, or Al-or identify their own community-focused challenge.
